Im bout to get a new creek boat just want some opinions on these. I have an 18 ft that I hunt out of and a 12 ft jon but gonna trade the jon for something more versitile. here is the link www.creekboats.com im looking at the m80.

Looks like a nice, stable little boat. just curious why you would go mith the m80 and not the m98.
For an extra $100 looks like the m98 has quite a bit more room. If you are replacing a 12ft. john with with an 8ft. boat you are losing quite a bit of carrying capacity.

I was thinking about that but the weight capacity is the same and the 80 is shorter and lighter

I was suprised to see that the weight capacity was the same and lighter is better but if you're transporting a dog and more than a dozen dekes 8ft. is gonna fill up in a hurry.
