15 APR 2007 - Establish a website for tracking movements of radio-marked females; provide web site link for all partners to incorporate on their own web sites; update locations of each female at least weekly until PTTs fail or mortality occurs.

31 DEC 2007 - Distribute annual report of accomplishments and preliminary research findings; deadline for evaluating pilot study and whether additional funding is secured to purchase and implant PTTs in females at Pool 19 in spring 2008.

15 MAR 2008 - If pilot is successful and additional funding is secured, capture, weigh, and band Lesser Scaup at Pool 19; implant PTTs in additional females.

15 APR 2008 - Add additional females, as needed, to tracking website.



31 DEC 2008 - Distribute second annual report of accomplishments and preliminary research findings.


31 DEC 2009 - Distribute final report; complete draft scientific manuscript for review by all partners prior to submittal to scientific journal.
